Return & Refund Policy

 Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
Merchandise must not be opened, altered, or with signs of use or damage
Return orders must be packaged securely to avoid any damage to the items
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Crafted Tea Blends will accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened. we are not able to accept refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the value of our tea blends. Any customer who is concerned that their product is damaged or faulty can contact us via our contact us page to discuss the refund process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 

 Return shipping 

 When shipping the return package yourself, we suggest using a trackable, insured shipping method Crafted Tea Blends does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow us 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

 Refunds & Processing Time 

 If your package is returned within 7 day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7  business days of receipt of the return. Once the transaction has taken place, you will be notified via email to the address used to place the original order. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this refund transaction to your account once they have received the information from Crafted Tea Blends.

We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for your purchase until we have received the returned items and completed inventory processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
